Our activities focus on achieving optimum physical and mental health by a careful and thorough evaluation of an individual’s nutritional requirements.

We are committed to advance nutritional education and awareness to the public and health professionals. We aim to help protect and improve public health through education, information and advice, and nutritional therapy consultation.

The facilities at ION include a comprehensive library, the ION clinics - Optimum Nutrition Clinic and ION Teaching Clinic as well as the education, marketing and administrative teams that run ION.

These resources, together with an excellent reputation, make ION one of the most respected training bodies and health information resources of its kind in the UK.
